ATARFIL started it's industrial activity in 1995. It's growth in the last 23 years has been constant, derived from the references of our client portfolio and those of other collaborators and partners. The growth and development of our professional staff have evolved in an equivalent way to the progress of out quality and service standards. As a result of these efforts, we have experienced considerable growth in recent years, being present today in more than 50 countries and with a production capacity over 65,000 tons / year. Mainly, we consider that this growth has been directly related to the success that our clients have had in their businesses and activities. However, we have decided to expand ATARFIL’s organization to improve the service and support provided to our client portfolio, with the aim of developing future collaborations in the market, and in the different areas of specialization. In the last two years, ATARFIL counts with two new locations: ATARFIL USA Last year, in July of 2017, we inaugurated a new manufacturing plant and sales office in Virginia (USA). Due to the need to increase the production capacity of ATARFIL, we decided to continue with our international expansion by opening this new plant. So far we were present with manufacturing plants in Europe and the Middle East. In USA there is a high level of polyethylene research, as professionals of the sector we were interested in being close to any innovation that may be on one of the most important raw materials of our products. However, this reason, together with the expansion of the company, led us to install our new manufacturing plant and sales office in the USA. This plant throughout its first year has had a growing development and our product has been very well received by the American market. ATARFIL AUSTRALIA At beginning of 2018 we have acquired the Australian company Garden City Geotech as part of our strategic plan. We are convinced that this could be a firm step in the future of our company. We hope that the acquisition of Garden City Geotech will allow us to raise our strengths by combining a strong local experience and presence in the Australian market. We believe that a strategically aligned local structure would better serve the local customer, increasing the choice and availability of our products, while continuing to improve the technical support expected from ATARFIL, and coordinating all our departments and workforce to address the new challenges that the market requests. The evolution of ATARFIL in recent years coincides with our hopes of continuing to grow within the same philosophy that we have developed since the creation of our company, and to continue our reputation of putting at the service of our clients an excellent service, our deep experience in the sector and an environment that our clients and associates want to be part of.
