Project Atlas, near Wandoan, is the first natural gas acreage in Australia dedicated to supplying domestic customers. The project is delivering much‑needed gas to Queensland manufacturers, protecting manufacturing companies and jobs in the State. Project Atlas comprises an initial ~60 natural gas wells, pipelines and a processing facility to compress the gas for delivery to customers.

Atarfil geomembranes have been used to line the aggregation storage dam, one of the produced water management facilities. Water from the gathering system is transferred to this centrally located aggregation dams. The aggregation dams are a purpose-built earthen dams with an impervious liner.
