ATARFIL MEASURES COVID19

Dear Sirs, After the last updates related with COVID 19 crisis, in Atarfil we are committed to act with caution, common sense and transparency. Since the beginning we have been closely monitoring and preparing for all the possible scenarios and ensuring the health protection for all our employees as well as any other coming into any of our facilities. Moreover, we have also work to ensure the continuity in all our production lines to meet all our commitments. Since mid of last week, we have launched a range of actions, aligned with the WHO recommendations, and we have modified our way of working to minimize the potential risks as well as to ensure the same level of service for all our customers. A detail with the actions we are taking are listed below: • Remote working for most of our staff not related with manufacturing and quality control, to limit the risk of infection. We have splitted the different teams within the company, getting part of them working from our different offices and the rest working remotely from home. • We have the technology and resources to make remote meetings, avoiding people moving and minimizing risks. All this technology is available for all our employees. • All business-related trips have been frozen, and any travel needs to be specifically approved, justifying there is no alternative and checking that remote meeting possibilities are not possible. • Additional cleaning and sanitazing procedures has been implemented in all our offices. Out of this, there are hand sanitizer dispensers at the entrance of any of our offices. The use of these dispenser is mandatory, and there are posters explaining how to use them, the frequency for cleaning up our hands, as well as rules to follow to avoid any contact. Since the beginning of this crisis, in Atarfil we have followed very closely its evolution, ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners as the main priority. We strongly believe that these initiatives will ensure our activities during this unusual situation. Apart from this, we have also implemented different initiatives in our lines, to ensure the production and our capability to meet our commitments with our customers, ensuring that the product we manufacture, and deliver are aligned with the quality our customers expect from us. We are revising our working conditions on a daily base and adapting them to any official recommendation coming from the different authorities regarding COVID 19.
